Cancellation must be made at least 1 working day before the requested day of delivery. In the event the order is delivered, cancellation will not be allowed. In cases which you request for custom made design to fulfill your order, once purchased, only 50% of your order value is refundable.  for cancellation , please email us at info@oneflorist.com.my.

Return
if not satisfied with your order, kindly call us at +6018-7793080 (Mon-Sun, 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM) or email to info@oneflorist.com.my. within 24 hours of receiving your order.

For perishable items (fresh flower and cake), grace period for return is within 24 hours of receiving your order.

For non-perishable (balloon) products, grace period for return is within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Product must returned with original condition, quantity and packaging to our retail shop at 16, Jalan Seri Orkid 1, Taman Seri Orkid, 81300 Skudai Johor, Malaysia.

Refund
We will issue a refund for your order within 14 days of receipt of your refund request.

Delivery of your order

We provide same day deliveries for orders confirmed before 5:00 PM. Order placed after 5:00 PM will be delivered the following day or any other day as selected by the customer on the cart page.

Changes to your order

If you wish to make any changes your order, please do so by contacting us at sales@oneflorist.com.my or via phone +6018-7793080 (Mon-Sun, 9 AM - 6PM). We will always do our best to make last-minute changes for you, but we can only guarantee changes (including to updating the delivery address and in relation to card messages) if changes are requested 24 hours before the intended delivery day.

Product and Substitution Policy

All Products are subject to availability. In the order of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute a Product of equivalent value and quality without any prior notice. In terms of product requests, we will try to fulfill all requests to the best of our ability. For simple requests like changing the color of the flower or wrapping, kindly please call us via +6018-7793080 (Mon-Sun, 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM) or email to info@oneflorist.com.my. We will try to accommodate the request subject to the availability of the color. Each flower is unique in its own natural way. They vary in shape, size and colour and as much as we try to replicate our designs for each other, we might not be able to produce exactly identical ones. We seek your understanding if there is any slight difference in your order and we hope that you will enjoy your flowers in its beautiful natural form.

Delivery policy

Flower deliveries can be done on Mondays to Sundays, from 10 am to 6 pm, covering area include Southern Johor only . Flower delivery service is provide by our in-house dispatch man instead of Third-party delivery company . To maintain a fast and efficient delivery, please ensure that your recipient is present at the address provided to receive the flowers. If receiver unavailable, we will pass to anyone in the premise. If in case there is no one at the address stated, we will return the items back to our retail shop at 16,  Jalan Seri Orkid 1, Taman Seri Orkid, 81300 Skudai Johor, Malaysia and a notification will be sent to you. Shall there be need for a re-delivery, a re-delivery fee will be charged depending on your recipient’s location and also subjected to flower condition. No refunds and replacement flower will be delivered, if the flowers have wilted after being sent back to us due to recipient unavailable.
